Unpack a single value from a binary array optionally from a given index.

See [[Core Function Unpack|Unpack( )]] for this param is the same in UnpackSingle() as it is Unpack().

Optional; The index to begin the unpacking from.

Default: 0

Success: The value as specified by the format code ("i" will return an Int32 etc).

Failure: Returns null

=== Remarks ===

This is almost the same as [[Core Function Unpack|Unpack( )]] but designed to only do one operation thus avoiding the need for excessive parsing and what not the result is more speed.
